What Is Guest Painting?
Wedding guest painting is a unique service that captures your guests in simple, quick strokes to remember the day. As a professional artist, I specialize in creating stunning watercolor paintings on postcard-sized paper that serve as a beautiful keepsake or heirloom for the couple and their guests.

Consultation
As we initially begin speaking, I'll help you estimate how many hours you need based on how many guests will be at your wedding, and the overall experience you are looking for. We'll discuss add on options, as well as style options, to customize your paintings to your day.
On The Day
I'll be there an hour before your event starts to set up. Typically, I start painting during the cocktail hour and can adjust my setup between the cocktail hour and reception. During the wedding I'll create quick paintings of your guests, taking about 10 minutes for two people. I'll paint as many guests as possible during my time there, and additional portraits can be completed outside of the studio.
Extras
I offer a variety of different options and add ons to customize your guest painting package. Optional add ons and services include:
- Paintings done in studio (Offered as ala carte to be purchased by bride or guests)
- Custom stamped paper with name and dates
- Simple or complex watercolor style
Style Guide
I provide two options for guest painting: a "simple" style and a "complex" style. If clients want more paintings completed, I suggest the simple style. However, for those who prioritize the guest experience, I recommend the complex style. Both styles are priced the same.
